Waterside Events and Catering tasked ELMNTL with designing and developing an events website that highlights weddings, corporate events and social events. The purpose of the website is to capture as many event leads as possible.
Challenge
A challenge with creating the website was to differentiate the catering and events business from the restaurant business in order to rank as an event venue and caterer. The old website was ranking as a restaurant which deferred events business.
It was important for the events and catering business to be the main focus and not the restaurant.
Solution
To create a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing website that was completely optimized for Waterside Events.
The website includes many images of the incredible views and highlights how the space is customizable for specific events. On the homepage there is a widget for planning your event where people fill in their information and Waterside can collect warm leads to a conversation toward booking.
The website talks about all the amenities of Waterside for someone looking to book an event, highlighting their space, views, catering, event planning staff, and ability to create the unique experience you want.
